ORDER ISSUES

I'm missing a product from my order, what do I do?

On very rare occasions items are shipped in separate consignments, get in touch with us and we can let you know if this is the case. In the event that we make a mistake we will always try our best to get it rectified ASAP.

What do I do if I receive a faulty item in my order?

Get in touch and we will make sure a replacement is sent out. In order to rectify this quickly please send as much information as you can about the nature of the fault, if possible please send a photo.

Will you refund the shipping charges on my order?

Any refunds are processed in full including standard shipping. In the event that you have selected an premium shipping service then we will refund difference.

How long will it take to get my T-shirt?

We ship worldwide so it all depends on where you are. Shipping to the UK takes 1-3 working days, Europe 5-7 working days, Rest of the world 10-15 Working days. International post is mostly at the mercy of your local postal company so if you live in a country with fast post it should be at the lower end of our estimates.

How can i check my size?

We understand that ordering on the internet can be a struggle as you can't try the item before you buy. For detailed size guides please see our charts here. If you have a garment that you know fits, we recommend laying that item flat and measuring the length and width comparing it to the measurements on our size guides.

What happens if the items don't fit?

Our extensive returns policy means that if you are not happy for whatever reason you can send the item back for an exchange or refund. Please see our returns and exchanges guide below.

I can't find what i'm looking for, do you sell it?

Almost all of our designs are done in house, and all of our production is, so if you are looking for something particular please get in touch and we can see what can be done!

I've made a mistake with my order, can i change it?

Get in touch with us via Phone and we can discuss any changes that can be made. We try our best to fix things but if the order has already been processed in our production facility then we will be unable to make a change.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

What is your return policy?

At Teesh, we take pride in providing the highest quality clothing to our customers. We hope that as soon as you wear it you will fall in love, however we know that online shopping isn't always perfect. At Teesh, we hand check the quality of all our items before they're packed and shipped, but should you not be 100% happy with your order, you can return it to us for a full refund or an exchange; no questions asked. The only caveat is that we need to receive the item within 60 days of you getting the item delivered.

 

How do I make an exchange?

Processing an exchange is simple, send the garments back to us using the address on your packing slip. If you have misplaced your packing slip get in touch with us and we can send you the instructions

How long does it take to get an exchange?

Once we receive the original item back an exchange will be shipped within 3 working days. If you are working to a tight deadline we recommend placing a new order and returning the original for a full refund

When can I expect my refund?

Once received we aim to process your return withing two working days, once processed it usually takes up to 3 working days to the payment to go back to your card. Once a refund has been processed we have no control over the speed of which the money is back in your account.
