Never received 1 of the 2 shirts ordered
I ordered 2 shirts for an event I was attending (12 of us were riding the same shirt) - when my orginal order arrived on 1 of the 2 tee shirts was in the package.I called 3-4 times (left voice messages as no one ever answers the phone) and sent various emails.i ended up placing an additional order and paying for a 3rd tee shirt and an extra fee to have it arrive in time but the third shirt came after my event was over. I have not heard back from anyone one to sort out my refund for 2 tee shirts and the fees for 2 day delivery. Terrible customer service and would not recommend ordering from the company!

Paid extra for 2 day delivery but order came too late
I was in a group event where a team of 12 ordered matching tee shirts - my 1st order of 2 shorts only has 1 in the package. I called numerous calls and left messages that were never returned as well as emails sent that were unanswered. I ended up placing a an order for a third tee shirt and paid extra for 2nd day delivery but it did not arrive in time so I did not gave it in time for my event with other 12 team members with matching shirts. To summarize- I am drilled owed credit for 2 tee shirts and 1 2nd say delivery fee. terrible customer service and no follow up from company despite numerous attempts to contact them via phone calls and emails. Would not order for this company!
